Beyond creating super-cool visual communications, I have realised a big part of my success recipe is building relationships and managing expectations.

I am full of curiosity and questions for you and your project so that we can agree important things such as; creative direction, how big the logo should be, budget and timescales.

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

I use my professional experience to provide; consultative and creative design services including the production and delivery of final assets for you and your brand.

We will work to an agreed estimate, however, through the creative design and development process, occasionally, projects may exceed the original estimate.

2. Additional Work

You will be notified as soon as possible if the project is likely to exceed the initial budget.

Any additional work beyond the original agreed estimate is charged at an hourly rate or a new estimate will be provided.

3. Invoicing

Time and resources spent on your project will be invoiced weekly or upon stage completion or project completion, whichever comes first. If you are a new client, a deposit may be required before work commences.

4. Client Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to carefully review and fully approve all designs before production or final asset delivery. I am not responsible for any reprint costs, production expenses, or losses resulting from errors (for example spellig mistakes) after your final approval.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of all final ideas, designs, and assets will transfer to you.

If the project is cancelled (by either you or me), whether or not part-payment has been made, all rights to the ideas, concepts, and visuals remain with me.

I may wish to publish parts of your project as a portfolio piece on my website or social media to advertise my services. I respect all NDAs and media embargos if the project is to be kept secret until a launch date.

6. Cancellation

I reserve the right to cancel any project at any time, without reason. In such cases, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced for and any ideas, visuals and intellectual property remains my own.
